On our way to our weekend getaway to Michigan, our tire blew out on the highway. We called at least 4 companies for roadside and Berts was the one to answer. Lady who answered the call was super nice and accommodating for such a crummy situation. They dispatched a vehicle within about 15 minutes and took us to a tire shop just before they closed. Amazing service, super affordable pricing highly recommend. Appreciate these guys saving our weekend.

I could not recommend Bert's Towing services enough, especially my driver Ronnie. Some might say he is just doing his job, but tonight he was my savior. First, their dispatcher was extremely helpful and quick to get someone on the job for me. Stranded on a busy section of the interstate Ronnie arrived punctually (I was quite surprised at the speed) and cheerful. He quickly maneuvered myself and vehicle out of harms way, literally went the extra mile to ensure I was well taken care of, all while maintaining pleasant conversation. While an accident or tow can be quite the stressful situation, Ronnie is there to keep your safe, secure, and help ease the stress. Thanks Ronnie and Bert's Towing!

Ben was super helpful, kind, and very professional when my daughter and I were in an accident, from out of town, and needed a ride to a hotel. He went over and above and even helped us unpack our bags at the hotel!! Great company ethics and would absolutely recommend them without a doubt! Everyone was great to work with!
My car suddenly broke down, blocking traffic. Hosea, the driver from Bert's arrived quickly, carefully loaded my car on the flatbed truck and took me to the dealer. He waited while I unloaded my groceries from the trunk and checked in with the service department, then kindly drove the short distance to my home and dropped me off with my groceries. Great service!!!
